If you believe the Debtor has funds or assets to clear your debt, we will apply for the County Court Judgment to be transferred from the County Court to the High Court. This is a paperwork exercise and does not involve a Court Hearing. Once completed, which normally takes around 7 days, we will then issue your case to our High Court Enforcement Agents. They will visit the Debtor’s to either collect the full balance, or remove goods from the Debtor and sell them to recover the outstanding amount.
